|Cody Bryce Moosman|
November 6, 1981 ~ June 29, 2011
Cody Bryce Moosman“Gone Fishin” Our sweet, loving son, husband, father, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin & friend, Cody Bryce Moosman returned home unexpectedly, but peacefully, on June 29, 2011 in West Jordan , UT. Cody was born on November 6, 1981 to Bryce Moosman and Stacy Shosted Moosman. He was the sparkle in his mother’s eye and the joy in his father’s heart. His baby brother Dillon followed 7 years later, to whom Cody played the part of big brother and protector perfectly, and who was his best friend and confidant. He loved Dillon with all his heart.
He attended schools in Orem and Pleasant Grove and worked as an HVAC Technician. He married Meagan Baum on August 6, 2007. Together they have 2 beautiful children, River (1) and Makayla (7). Cody was a wonderful father who idolized his children and would have given the world for his kids. They will truly miss their daddy. Cody loved to fish and hunt and go to the horse races with his Dad, but most of all he loved spending time with his children and family. He had a beautiful, strong, kind spirit and his loving, caring nature will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife Meagan, children, River Bryce and Makayla. Father and Step-mother, Bryce & Kathy Moosman. Step-father, Rocky Chatwin. Brother, Dillon Moosman. Step-siblings Sara, Brynn, Chelsea & Trey. Grandparents, Bud & Janet Shosted, Ray & Shirley Moosman, Arvalee Swenson, and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends who will all miss him dearly. Cody was preceded in death by his beloved mother Stacy Chatwin. Until we meet again we will hold you in our hearts and minds forever. Keep catching the big ones Cody! We love you son.
