Alice LaMoyne Henley, 73, of Pleasant Grove passed away peacefully Sunday the twenty third of November, 2014. She was born February 1, 1941 and leaves behind her husband Jerry (JD) and five children: Jerry, Christina, Jason, Jared and Justin.\n\nShe was raised in upstate New York and had twenty one brothers and sisters, she being the third youngest. She served with her husband in the Air Force for twenty years and they were stationed around the world giving their children a great education. After the Air force, they had a successful auto dealership and worked together for many years.\n\nTogether they served two missions, Tahiti and Hawaii. Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints she served in many positions with the Relief Society, Young Women and Primary and was so dedicated to helping everyone she could.\n\nAn avid genealogist she traced her and JD's ancestries back to the 1400's.\n\nAlice leaves behind a great legacy of service and love to her family and to others. She will long be remembered by many of her friends and love ones for the kind deeds she performed.\n\nFuneral services will be held Monday, December 1, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the Timpanogos Stake Center , 800 North 100 West, Pleasant Grove with a viewing one hour prior to the services. Family and friends may also attend a viewing Sunday evening from 6 - 8 p.m in Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.
