Amy Elizabeth Coy

Amy Elizabeth Coy, 57, of Pleasant Grove, Utah passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 surrounded by her family and friends after a valiant battle with an auto- immune disease. Amy was born October 2, 1963 in Redding, California to Clinton Ray and Betty Lois Hollibaugh Ahlberg.

Amy was raised in Anderson, California and graduated from Anderson High School. Amy enjoyed hunting with her family as a young girl. She enjoyed being outdoors and just having fun with her family and friends. Amy met Gary while the family was living in Mississippi and later moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where they raised three children and helped care for Gary's aging parents. The family later settled in Pleasant Grove, Utah where she helped care for her elderly mother and father.

She is survived by husband Gary of Pleasant Grove; brother, Matthew Ahlberg, Anderson, California; three children: Kristen (Isaias) Hernandez, Las Vegas, Nevada; Jamie Brewer, Orem, Utah and Nickolas (Lizbeth) Coy, Riverton, Utah; 11 grandchildren: Katelynn, Brianna, Joshua, Jesse, Ryan, Sean, William, Anthony, Danny, Destiny and Jaxson. Amy was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Daniel Ahlberg.
