Rock Arthur Johnson Obituary (2020 - 2021)

Rock Arthur Johnson was born July 1, 2020 in Lehi Utah to Ryley and Shaylee Johnson he passed away peacefully in his parents' arms on February 23, 2021 at Primary Children's Medical Center. Rock is loved so much by his family and friends and will be greatly missed. He is the fourth child with two older sisters and an older brother. Rock was born with a genetic disorder than caused him to spend a lot of time in the hospital he had multiple complications that lead to his passing. He brought so much happiness to his family and was loved by everyone around him. Rock defied so many odds and he had so much determination and will to live. He loved his siblings so much and more than anything he loved to be held by his mom. Rock had the fight and resilience of an army he was a true warrior. He had such an influence upon others that he was destined to share in his short time on earth. Rock had a love for music and brought so much joy to those around him. Rock is preceded in death by his great grandparents James Gray, Lee Parker, Doris Pulley, Kenneth Pulley, and his great aunt Teresa Devey. He is survived by his parents Ryley and Shaylee Johnson his siblings Ridge, Frankee, and Rein Johnson. Grandparents Frank and Tammy Pulley, Chris and Sandra Johnson, great grandparents Art and Frankie Johnson, Patricia Gray, Lillian Parker, his aunts and uncles Jeremy and Kimberly Walker, Frank and Ashlee Pulley, Bret and Ashlee Pierce, Westin and Jessica Sampson, Reid and Sadie Vaenuku, Shane and Megan Johnson and many cousins. Rock was very lucky to have the incredible staff at Primary Children's Hospital take care of him. We would like to thank everyone there that took such good care of our baby boy and fought with him every single day until he told us it was time for him to return to his Heavenly Father. Rock is now our guardian angel and when things get hard we will always remember to FIGHT LIKE ROCK! Funeral services will be held Monday, March 1, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lehi Thirtieth Ward Chapel, 901 South 2300 West, Lehi where family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. prior to the services.
