Bart Paul Roundy Obituary (1957

Bart Paul Roundy, 59, of Fairview passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 30, 2016 of heart complications. Bart was born January 22, 1957 in American Fork, Utah to Paul Frost and Gwen Jacob Roundy. He married Tena Gotter and together had two children, Jamie and Cole. They were later divorced. Bart grew up in the Manila area of Pleasant Grove and attended schools there, graduating from Pleasant Grove High School in 1975. Bart worked most of his life in construction and currently worked for Hughes Construction in Salt Lake City. He enjoyed living a country life at his home in Fairview. Bart loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends. He is survived by his two children: Jamie (Casey) Ortega and Cole Roundy; step-son: Jason (Liz) Gotter; grandchildren: Kaysen, Max, and Mia; siblings: Suzan (Glen) Wright, Tammy (Tom) Sheehy and Jim Roundy. He also left behind his best friend Zip, who never left his side. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove where family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:30-10:45 am.
