Carma was born May 13, 1933 in American Fork, Utah to James Boyer Conder and Ruby J Singleton Conder. She had two siblings; Orville and Barbara. \n\nCarma married Richard Fernand Millar on January 22, 1951 at the Conder residence. Richard was drafted into the Army and soon shipped out to Norfolk Virginia for training. Carma soon followed him to Virginia where they lived off base. Carma worked a variety of jobs while Richard served on base. \n\nAfter Richard was discharged from the Army they returned to Utah and lived in Pleasant Grove. Together they had 7 children; Cindy Millar, Carol Millar Brown (Bill), Dale Millar (Carla), Connie Millar Edwards (Kenny), Marie Millar Cardon, Dean Millar (Holly) and David Millar (Heidi). \n\nCarma and Richard owned and operated Richard Millar Trucking until Richards death in 1996. \n\nCarma served several years doing volunteer work at the Mt Timpanogos LDS Temple, the American Fork Hospital and the United Way. In addition, she served LDS Church callings working as ward secretary and librarian. \n\nCarma loved her family and often would arrange large family reunions to get everyone together. This is not an easy task since to date she has 70 direct decendents. She cherished seeing the children and grandchildren working and playing together. That was what made her truly happy. \n\nFuneral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 4 at Olpin Family Mortuary; 494 South 300 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
