Donna Mae Pedler Hilton Taylor, 87, of Pleasant Grove passed away Sunday January 31, 2016 at the home of her granddaughter in Eagle Mountain. Donna was born January 4, 1929 in Salt Lake City to William Joseph and Lily Violetta Cook Pedler. She married Ralph Neil Hilton and together had five children. They were later divorced. She married Bert LeRoy Taylor and was later divorced.\n\nDonna grew up in Butlerville and graduated from Jordan High School in 1947. She was employed by BYU for many years. She was an active and devoted member of the LDS Church and served faithfully in many callings. She especially enjoyed her most recent calling of Gospel Doctrine Instructor. Donna's greatest joy in life was her family. Many people described Donna as a "Classy Woman".\n\nShe is survived by her four children: David Neil (Jeanne) Hilton, Heber City; RoLayne (Bob) Young, Orem; Gordon Richard (LuAnne) Hilton, Moorpark, CA and Shirley Hilton, Clearfield; 27 grandchildren; 93 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheryl Ann Crawley; her parents and nine siblings.\n\nFuneral services will be held Friday, February 5, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the River Ridge Stake Center, 10168 South 1000 West, South Jordan. Family and friend may attend a viewing Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove and at the church on Friday one hour prior to services.
