Earl Laycock Jr

Earl Laycock Jr., 63, of Pleasant Grove passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2014 at his home. Earl was born April 2, 1951 in American Fork to Earl K. and Carole Green Laycock. Earl married Mary Jane Affleck on January 7, 1974 in Pleasant Grove. They shared 40 wonderful years together. They were blessed with two sons: Cory and Trevor. Earl's family and grandchildren were the most important part of his life. He is very proud of each one of them.

He is survived by his wife Mary Jane of Pleasant Grove; sons: Cory Earl (Ashley) Laycock, Pleasant Grove and Trevor Laycock, Sydney, MT; mother: Carole Laycock, American Fork; sisters, Ann Thompson, Kathy Miller and Tamara (John) Lundin; grandchildren: Cash Earl James Laycock, Charley Sue Laycock, and Bronx John Laycock and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Majorie Kaneko and mother and father in law: Ellen Liddiard and Lloyd G. Affleck.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 11:00 am in the Battlecreek Second Ward Chapel, 1250 East 200 South, Pleasant Grove where family and friends may attend a viewing one hour prior to services.
