Glenna Fay Brooks Wignall, 88, of Pleasant Grove passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023 at her home. She was born September 1, 1934 in Herriman, Utah to Glenn Irvin and Fay Melissa Kid Brooks. She married Andrew Hunter Wignall on December 9, 1951. He passed away in September 14, 2015.\n\nGlenna grew up in Lehi and attended schools there. She and Andy made their home in Pleasant Grove where they raised their three daughters: Linda, Carolyn and Annette. She was member of the PTA and was a Primary Teacher in her LDS Ward in Manila. In her later years she became and Avon Lady and sold for over 17 years. She and Andy traveled and enjoyed being in the outdoors. They especially enjoyed outings to Disneyland with grandchildren. Family parties were a huge tradition with Glenna and Andy. \n\nShe is survived by her two children: Linda Wignall, Salt Lake City and Annette (Timothy) Gibson, Pleasant Grove; 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and 2 Great Great grandchildren; siblings: sister, Gloria Blanco, brother, Burton Brooks, and sister, Gail Pulley Devey. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Thorpe; parents; four siblings: Lorna, Janice, Irvin and Jerry; grandson, Jeremy Gibson and granddaughter, Tanya Gibson.\n\nFuneral services will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah where family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:00-10:45 am prior to services.
