Our loving mother, grandmother, and sister, Hazeldawn Chipman Belliston, 79 of American Fork passed away January 17, 2016. She was born December 3, 1936, the third of 12 children of Harris and Virginia Gillman Chipman. She was blessed with four daughters, Barbara (Dave) Johnson, Brenda (Henry) Knox, Becky Trujillo (Ross Nielsen), Jeridawn (Dave) Nickle, and 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.\n\nShe retired after 28 years of dedicated government service. She was active in her LDS faith and possessed a natural talent for the piano. This talent was shared with her family and in various church callings since the age of 10. Her most prized possession was her family, and she was at her happiest spending time with them. Her legacy is her gift of love and laughter. She will be forever remembered and missed by many.\n\nA heart-felt thanks to Kathy Romney, Horizon Hospice, for her loving care.\n\nShe is survived by 3 sisters and 6 brothers; Bruce Chipman, Marcia Anne Smith, Jerald Chipman, Jeanne Evans, Steve Chipman, Mark Chipman, Kent Chipman, Val Chipman, Gina Tarr. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harris and Virginia Chipman; brothers Vern and Jim Chipman.\n\nFuneral service will be held Friday, January 22, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the Battle Creek First Ward Chapel, 1250 East 200 South, Pleasant Grove. Family and friends may attend a viewing Thursday evening from 6-8 at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove, and at the church on Friday one hour prior to service.
