Janine Reid Chantry Hinkle was called back to her Heavenly home on 14 November 2015 in Pleasant Grove, UT. Janine was born on 2 August 1961 in Salt Lake City Utah to Douglas and Bonnie Fielding Reid. After the passing of her father, her mother married Gene Chantry, bringing 4 more children to bless their home. Gene later adopted Janine and her siblings in 1968. She graduated Park City High school in 1979. Janine was sealed to Daniel George Hinkle on 16 July 1988 in the Salt Lake Temple. They were later blessed with two daughters; Daneen Hinkle Heninger and Rachea Hinkle.\n\nIn February 2014, while living in Bristow, Indiana she was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. The doctors told her she had 6-12 months to live. She surpassed that time frame with a smile. She was able to move back to Utah where she attended many important family events. One of which being the marriage of her daughter Daneen to Brett Heninger.\n\nJanine will always be remembered as a beacon of spiritual strength with her unyielding faith and positive view on life. Her warm smile, loving hugs and sense of humor touched many lives. Janine was and always will be a friend to all.\n\nJanine is survived by her husband, daughters, parents: Gene and Bonnie Chantry and her siblings: Marjean ( Marlo) Spencer, Gene (Julie) Chantry, David (Alice) Chantry, Diane (Blaine) Anderson, Laurie (Darwin) Fryatt, Scott (Donna) Chantry and Dennis (Tina) Chantry.\n\nFuneral services will be held Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Timpanogos Seventh Ward Chapel, 332 East 500 North, Pleasant Grove, Utah with a viewing from 9-10:50 a.m. prior to the services.
