Jason Camron Gibbons

Jason Camron Gibbons, 39, of Orem passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at his home. Jason was born February 24, 1978 in Portland, Oregon to Jeanie Brailsford Moore and David Houston Gibbons II. He was raised by his mother and step-father Joseph Charles Moore. He married Tamara McEwan on October 14, 2000.

Jason grew up in Washington and Utah. He graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1996. Jason received a bachelor's degree in computer networking from Stevens Henager College. He currently worked at Jive Communications and loved teaching the new IT employees. Jason was a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and taught Judo. He had a passion for guns and target shooting. He loved life to the fullest and was never judgmental of others. Jason was a peacekeeper and the bedrock to his immediate family and friends. Jason was a hard worker and always puts others before himself.

He had a great love and special relationship with his cherished daughter, Abby. Jason was so proud of all her achievements and loved sharing her accomplishments with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Tamara of Orem; daughter, Abigale; mother, Jeanie Moore, Pleasant Grove; brothers: Logan (Morgan) Gibbons, Provo and Justin Gibbons, Phoenix, AZ and many loving extended family.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mt. Mahogany Stake Center, 1548 North 900 West, Pleasant Grove where family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:00-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
