Karen Coward Walker, 72, of Lindon passed away Friday, April 24, 2015 at American Fork Hospital surrounded by loving family and friends. She was born January 8, 1943 in American Fork to Ronald and Myrtle Slater Coward. She married Gary R. Walker on December 9, 1960 and they shared 42 years together and had three beautiful children.\n\nThey enjoyed the outdoors, camping, cooking, horse racing, and spending time with family. Karen was an amazing cook and used her talents as a volunteer for many Eagle charity events. She made many close friends and life-long relationships with the Eagle Womens Auxillary.\n\nShe is survived by her three children: Debra Hall, Tamara Kalkbrenner and Ronald (Lisa) Walker; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Gary R. Walker and grandson, Cameron Hall and sisters: Connie Coward and Roberta Adams.\n\nGraveside services will be held Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 12:00 noon in the Lindon City Cemetery, 575 North 200 East, Lindon.
