In loving memory, Kobi Jo Adamson, 42 of American Fork, Utah passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022 at her home. She was born December 23, 1979 to Darryl Adamson and Dianne West in Provo, Utah. She was the youngest of five children and came as a package deal with her twin sister Kari.

Kobi attended schools in Pleasant Grove. She loved her neighborhood and many friends while living in her childhood home her entire youth, although she had a short-lived desire to go to Hollywood. Kobi loved the mountains, extended family, camping trips, cousins, and even her grandfather's farm and apple orchard where she learned the value of hard work.

Kobi married Troy Curtis in 1999 and was later divorced. She married Cameron Lundgren in 2003 who is the father of their two sons: Ashton and Tristan. They were later divorced.

Kobi's passion was Homemaker by choice but worked in legal services, real estate, education, and law enforcement. Kobi had an eye for style and showed it in her home and by the way she dressed. She took pride and joy by cooking and decorating to create an atmosphere of love and acceptance for her boys. She lived a life of determination and was motivated to be strong no matter the obstacles. Being a single mother and providing was a constant struggle.

Above all, Kobi's legacy will be her love for family and home. She was a devoted mother and always said "my boys are my everything" and loved them will all of her heart.

Kobi Jo will be forever missed. You were a very lucky person if you knew her and was in her life.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 11:00 am in the Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove and all family and friends are invited to attend. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.olpinmortuary.com.
