Linda (Maag) Hardinger

Our mother, wife, and grandmother, Linda Maag Hardinger, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, August 2, 2021 due to complications from covid.

Linda was born in Provo, Utah to Gene and Shirley Maag, (their little witch), on October 31, 1956. She grew up in Orem until the age of 10. The family then moved to Lindon where they resided. Linda graduated from Pleasant Grove High school, class of 1975.

She married her high-school sweetheart, Kent Barney, November 1st, 1974. Together they raised 4 beautiful children. They later divorced. Linda married Danny Carter Lee in 2006. They were married for 9 years, until Danny's passing. Linda was fortunate to find love, once again, and married and sealed in the Mount Timpanogos temple to Gary Hardinger. They spent their marriage spoiling their grandchildren and traveling together up the coast, Alaska, and most recently to Colorado. She loved anything to do with service, sewing, and everything surrounded by her beautiful family.

She is survived by her husband Gary Hardinger, her children: Cameron (Kari) Barney, Lacy (Regan) Clark, Brandi (Cameron) Harris, Cherry (Carmel) Hardinger, Jordon (Sharia) Hardinger.

Grandchildren: Samantha, Kayden, Brayden, Jayce, Shyloh, Evelyn, Coleton, Harvey, Stockton, Declan, Farrah, Ivy. Great grandchildren: Sage and one on the way. Her parents: Gene and Shirley Maag. Her siblings: Gary (Gladys) Maag, Kevin (Karyn)Maag, Randy (Larraine) Maag, Lisa (Wayne) Whiteley, Troy (Annalisa) Maag. She is preceded in death by her son Cole Barney and late husband Danny Lee.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 9, 2021 at 11:00 in the LDS Chapel located at 1250 East 200 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah where family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:00 - 10:45 am prior to the services. Interment will be in the Lehi City Cemetery, 385 E. Cedar Hollow Road. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.olpinmortuary.com
