Lova Cherie Jensen Raab, 75, of Orem passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. Lova was born December 7, 1938 in Murray, Utah to William and Lova Jane Snow Jensen. She married David K Raab on September 20, 1968 in Lehi. Their marriage was solemnized February 20, 1970 in the Salt Lake Temple.\n\nLova grew up in Draper and later graduated from Lehi High School in 1957. She worked for Mountain Bell and retired in 1990 after 30 years of service. Lova was a devoted member of the LDS Church and served faithfully in many callings during her life including the Young Womens Presidency, a Relief Society Teacher, and Visiting Teacher. She enjoyed serving three missions with David in her senior years and was a proud member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Lova was always happy, had a great sense of humor and dedicated her life to serving others. Her family was her greatest joy and passion.\n\nShe is survived by her husband David of Orem; five children: Scott (Tonya) Raab, Lehi; Wade (Glenda) Raab, Orem; Michael (Lizzette) Raab, Eagle Mountain; Larry (Mary) Raab, American Fork; David Raab Jr. , Salt Lake City and 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and two brothers: Ray Jensen and Joe Jensen.\n\nFuneral services will be held Monday, March 10, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the LDS Chapel, 80 West 900 South, Orem. Family and friends may attend a viewing Sunday evening from 6-8 pm at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove and at the church on Monday from 12:30-1:45 pm. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery.
