Norman Walker Gillman, our father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, friend and husband left this earth on April 17, 2014 to be with his Heavenly family. Norman was born September 28, 1927 in Orem, Utah to J W Gillman and Estella Walker Gillman. He was the youngest of ten children.\n\nNorman was employed with Geneva Steel in his early years and retired from Kennecott Copper with over thirty years of service.\n\nHe lived his life to the fullest and was able to travel with Mom to many places in his retirement years. He enjoyed many hours playing golf and perfecting his game. We have many fond memories fishing, hunting and camping with Dad.\n\nNorman leaves behind his loving wife of 64 years Gwen L Gillman. They were married May 6, 1950. Together they had three sons; Richard L (Jo) Gillman, Michael D (Karen) Gillman, and James L (Jeanette) Gillman. Grandchildren; Griffin, Tanner (Alicia), Rikki, Emily (Eric), Sarah, Kelly (Jeremy), Amber, Bradley (Bonnie) and Alicia (Corby) and seven great grandchildren. Three brothers; Wendell, Dean, Glade and one sister Beth West. Preceded in death by his parents, four sisters; Larue, Donna, Rhea and Elda, one brother John.\n\nGraveside services will be held Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 1:00 pm in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery, 600 North 100 West, Pleasant Grove.
