Paulene M Adams Obituary (1936 - 2019)

Paulene McCandless Adams, 82, of Orem passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, September 19, 2019. She was born November 5, 1936 to Gene and Hazel Green McCandless in Eureka, Utah. She attended schools in Eureka and Pleasant Grove. Paulene married Elvis LaVell Adams on August 21, 1953 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They have been married for 66 years. Her life centered on her family and friends. She loved horseback riding, camping, bowling, playing games and ceramics. She was a member of Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She is survived by her husband Elvis, her children: Jerry (Pam) Adams, Jill (Doug) Eames, Jeff (Sharron) Adams, Jay Adams and numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers: Herman, Gene, Jimmy and sisters: Dolly and Dorothy. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove where family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:00 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the services.
