Phillip Max Hall Jr. 47 of Pleasant Grove, Utah passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015. Max was born September 3, 1967 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Phillip Max Hall Sr. and Mary-Jo Hall.\n\nMax grew up in Orem. He attended schools in California and Utah and was an All-State football player and wrestler. He graduated from Mountain View High School and received a scholarship to BYU and graduated with a degree in Sociology.\n\nHe married Melissa Augustus and they had four children. Melissa passed away in 2001. He then married Linda Brimm and had one child. They were later divorced.\n\nMax worked in sales and marketing in Utah and California where he made many lifelong friends. He was very outgoing and had a quick wit. He was also very generous and loyal and was deeply loved by his family and friends.\n\nMax was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.\n\nHe is survived by his wife, Tammy Cordner Hall, his parents; Phillip and Mary-Jo Hall, sister Rebecca (Jeff) Holley, sons; Sean and Jackson, daughters; Jessica, Emily and Morgan, bonus son Xander Davis and bonus daughter Kennedy Davis and one grandson, Gavin.\n\nFuneral services will be held Monday, August 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Manila Third Ward Chapel, 3396 North 900 West, Pleasant Grove where family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery.
