Stanley Grant Walker, 89, of Pleasant Grove, Utah, passed away on October 19, 2026.
Born on March 17, 1937, Stan was a lifelong resident of Pleasant Grove, where he grew up alongside his four brothers, Eldon, Russel, Jerry, and Kenny. He attended Pleasant Grove High School and later Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, where he played quarterback for the football team.

A gifted athlete and lifelong sports enthusiast, Stan especially loved football, baseball, and golf. He also enjoyed caring for his horses, riding through the nearby mountains, and maintaining his beautiful lawn, which was a great source of pride.

Throughout his working life, Stan was employed at Geneva Works Steel, served as a manager and head butcher at Albertsons, and worked in facilities maintenance at Brigham Young University. Following retirement, he found great enjoyment driving a school bus for Alpine School District.

Above all, Stan was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His unwavering faith in Jesus Christ guided his life, and he was known for his kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others. He especially enjoyed welcoming fellow church members each Sunday.

Stan will be fondly remembered for his strength, his love of sports, his steadfast faith, and his famously positive response whenever someone asked how he was doing: "Fantastic!"

He is survived by his sons Gary, Kevin, and Scott, and his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Kim in 2006 and his four brothers.
